A 50 minute practice ~ Hatha Yoga is an active form of yoga, consisting of muscularly engaged movements synced with your breath. Yoga means union and Hatha means sun(ha) and moon(tha) ~ a union. This class is slow paced, giving you a chance to build the feeling of syncing your movements with your breath, creating a union between them. Sometimes it can be more challenging to move at a slower pace than it is to rush through something. This practice is all about intentional movement and awareness of and in the body. Enjoy the flow!
