For someone with a Pisces/Cancer heavy chart you'd think I would have almost drowned fewer times on this journey ~ metaphorically expressed.
I swam into a family filled with secrets as far back as they go and as ever present as they have ever been. My intuitive little self needed answers. Lots of them.
I found Yoga, which helped my life-long anxiety. Showed me how many of those answers resided in my own body. My own breath. My knowing.
I found Oracle and Tarot decks, which helped me believe in something beyond the material realm in a healthy way. The things I couldn't readily explain but could feel deep in my bones.
I found Astrology, which taught me about levels of compassion and understanding I don't often find anywhere else. A doorway into a world of maps. Unique ones for each individual soul. Magic!
There are many more things that I've found and would love to share with you! These waters are too shallow to see all that exists beneath the surface...

We can use this information to see various traits, energies, behaviors, etc. that a person may exhibit. Astrology is a tool that helps us look deeper into ourselves. Tarot is a self-reflective tool, a mirror to our hidden parts, and a guide that can help us seek the future we desire by showing us what needs our attention in the present. I treat Tarot readings as a conversation between myself, the spirit of the cards, and whoever is receiving guidance. Many people think Tarot is the same thing as fortune telling, and while some may use it this way, I believe that we have free will and cannot fully predict the future. While some people may use Tarot as a predictive tool, I use it is as a self-reflective tool. I believe it can help guide us to any number of futures, and will mirror to us the present so we may work through things to create the future we desire.

Where did the name Gnosis Meta Healing come from?
This name came to me through several meditations.
Gnosis is a deep inner knowing from a place that the mind can't quite understand with its logic. An innerstanding. It speaks to us through our intuition.
Meta Healing approaches life from a multidimensional perspective. Taking into account the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, environmental, energetic, familial lineage, past/parallel lives, and collective aspects of what it means to be alive. To be human on this earth. To be.
